A draft order of the Ministry of Finance has appeared on the State Tax Service website, titled “On Approval of the Form of the Report on Controlled Foreign Companies, the Abridged Form of the Report on Controlled Foreign Companies, the Procedure for Completing the Report on Controlled Foreign Companies, the Abridged Form of the Report on Controlled Foreign Companies, and Submission to the Controlling Authority, and Changes to the Form of the Corporate Income Tax Declaration.”
The document will determine the procedure for completing and submitting to the State Tax Service the Report on Controlled Foreign Companies and the Abridged Form of the Report on Controlled Foreign Companies.
These reports are submitted electronically for each controlled foreign company separately.
Additionally, the draft order introduces changes to the corporate income tax declaration:
- Appendix CFC to line 06.1 CFC of the corporate income tax declaration is presented in a new version;
- Appendices CFC-C to line 02 CFC-C of the CFC-C appendix to line 06.1 CFC of the corporate income tax declaration, CFC-TC of the CFC appendix to line 06.1 CFC of the corporate income tax declaration, CFC-CP to line 1.2 CFC-CP of the appendix 1.3 CFC-CP to line 02.1 CFC-C of the corporate income tax declaration are excluded.
