A draft order from the Ministry of Finance has appeared on the State Tax Service website titled “On approval of the form of the Report on Controlled Foreign Companies, a shortened form of the Report on Controlled Foreign Companies, the Procedure for filling out the Report on Controlled Foreign Companies, a shortened form of the Report on Controlled Foreign Companies and submission to the supervisory authority, and Changes to the form of the Corporate Income Tax return.”
This document will define the procedure for completing and submitting to the tax authority the Report on Controlled Foreign Companies and the shortened form of the Report on Controlled Foreign Companies.
These reports are submitted electronically for each controlled foreign company separately.
Additionally, the draft order introduces changes to the Corporate Income Tax return:
The appendix CFC to line 06.1 CFC of the corporate income tax return is presented in a new edition.
Appendices CFC-K to line 02 CFC-K of the CFC appendix to line 06.1 CFC of the corporate income tax return, CFC-TC of the CFC appendix to line 06.1 CFC of the corporate income tax return, CFC-CP to line 1.2 CFC-CP of the appendix 1.3 CFC-CP to line 02.1 CFC-K of the corporate income tax return are excluded.
